CANCELLATION POLICY

Primal Nation reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee according to its cancellation policy below.

Cancellation/No-show*:
To assist us in maintaining a consistently high level of service, you are encouraged to cancel any appointments that you are unable to attend no less than 24 hours in advance. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $50.00 charge.

Late Arrival:
If you have not arrived or contacted us via e-mail or phone within 20 minutes after your appointment time, Primal Nation reserves the right to mark your appointment as a no-show*.

*A no-show appointment is defined as any scheduled appointment in which the client does not arrive to the appointment without notification. This also applies to online video call appointments.

You can cancel your appointment by e-mail or call us directly. If we have not received your e-mail, phone call or voicemail, your cancellation is not acceptable and you will subsequently be charged the cancellation fee.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only acceptable within 7 days after your purchase, if eligible.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts, is not eligible for a refund.

Several types of goods and services are exempt from being refunded.

  • Gift cards 

  • Downloadable software products

  • Online guided programs

  • Discounted sale items (Only regular priced items may be refunded)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
